Prêt–à–porter is an economic strategy game in which you will manage a company trying to succeed in the world of fashion. The game plays out over a year consisting of 12 rounds (months), divided into 4 quarters, each ending with a fashion Show.

In a Quilt Show, "quilters" collect fabric cards, which can be exchanged for block tiles. The quilters race the clock as they amass block tiles that they can combine into one or more quilts at a time. They can mix block tiles of a single color or a single pattern to make a quilt. Three times during the game, when the clock reveals it is time for a quilt show, quilts are entered and prize money is awarded. At game's end, the quilter with the most prize money wins!

Each player gets a sewing board and three strings in three colors. Flip over one of the challenge cards and then...Ready, set, SEW! Working as quickly as they can, players race to thread their strings through their board so it matches the picture on the card. The first to finish wins!

To create a beautiful quilt, however, requires effort and time, but the available patches just do not want to fit together. So choose your patches carefully and keep a healthy supply of buttons to not only finish your quilt, but to make it better and more beautiful than your opponent‘s.

In the game, each player works to create a beautiful, Americana-inspired patchwork quilt out of the available patches by placing them on their 9x9 game board, looking to avoid leaving any empty spaces.

This is a variation on Monopoly, produced by the DMC Corporation, who makes embroidery floss. This version is thread and needlecrafting themed. Instead of properties, players collect stitching techniques. All property cards also feature a stitch diagram for the design on the card.

The bazaar is bustling as Assam, the market organizer, inspects the rugs to determine which of them is the best. On a players turn, they turn Assam and roll a die to determine which rug space he moves to. If he lands on an opponent’s rug, you must pay them coins. Then the player places a rug in hopes that Assam lands on it during another player’s turn.
