Learn how to make slippers for women with a free slipper sewing pattern. Use up your fleece scraps to make a great handmade gift!
Who else gets cold feet in the winter? I always have cold feet and have to wear socks and slippers to keep warm. These fleece slippers are so warm and cozy since it’s lined making your feet covered by two layers of fabric!
These slippers look so nice since they are lined and all the raw edges are enclosed. This sewing pattern is for women’s feet approximately shoe sizes 6-10. You could make a bunch of slippers for gifts since they only use a little bit of fabric.
What fabric should I use to make slippers for women?
This slipper pattern was designed to work with a stable knit fabric like polar fleece or sweatshirt fleece. These types of fabrics are warm and cozy, but they are easy to find and easy to sew. They are also comfortable to wear because there is just a little bit of stretch.
There are lots of different kinds of polar fleece like sherpa fleece, anti-pill fleece, and velour fleece so you can make some pretty cool slippers! Combine two different kinds of fleece for a unique look.
Should I prewash my fabric?
Yes, it’s important to prewash and dry the fabric so that when it gets washed after it’s finished it won’t shrink or bleed colors.
What is a PDF sewing pattern?
A PDF pattern is a sewing pattern designed on the computer and organized so that it can be printed on several letter or A4 size pieces of paper.
I love using PDF sewing patterns because if the pattern gets ruined or if my children or I changed sizes, I can always print it again. It’ll never be destroyed since I have a digital version!
How do you use a PDF sewing pattern?
Open the PDF on a computer and click print. When printing make sure that the scaling is set to 100% or no scaling so that the pattern prints at the correct size. Learn how to use PDF sewing patterns.

Hi, I just signed up for newsletter subscription and confirmed thru my email. but I am not able to access any of the patterns….I am in a continuous loop that directs me to sign up for the newsletter over and over again.
Once you confirm, the pattern will be emailed to you. Check your spam or promotions folder. I can see that the email was sent to you, and you didn’t open it.
I have not been able to get any of your free patterns without numerous problems, and I usually end up sending a message to you. You intern provide me with a link and I can get the pattern then.
Is there an easier way to make these patterns available most often? I just forget about it and go somewhere else because it’s not worth all the trouble however, I would like to use your patterns if you could eliminate some of the obstacles I’m providing my information below and hopefully you can give me a direct link to the pattern.
