Who else gets cold feet in the winter? In the past when I was first learning how to make sewing patterns, I made a womens slipper pattern. Then I improved and made a kids slipper sewing pattern. I have always gotten requests for a mens slipper pattern, and I finally made it!

These fleece slippers are so warm and cozy since it’s lined making your feet covered by two layers of cozy fabric! These slippers look nice since they are lined, and all the raw edges are enclosed. This sewing pattern is for men’s feet approximately shoe sizes 7-14.

What fabric should I use to make slippers for men?

This slipper pattern was designed to work with a stable knit fabric like polar fleece or sweatshirt fleece. These types of fabrics are warm and cozy, but they are also easy to find and easy to sew. They are also comfortable to wear because there is just a little bit of stretch.

There are lots of different kinds of polar fleece like sherpa fleece, anti-pill fleece, and velour fleece so you can make some pretty cool slippers! Combine two different kinds of fleece for a unique look.

Should I prewash my fabric?

Yes, it’s important to prewash and dry the fabric so that when it gets washed after it’s finished it won’t shrink or bleed colors.

What is a PDF sewing pattern?

A PDF pattern is a sewing pattern designed on the computer and organized so that it can be printed on several letter or A4 size pieces of paper.

I love using PDF sewing patterns because if the pattern gets ruined or if my children or I changed sizes, I can always print it again. It’ll never be destroyed since I have a digital version!
