Turn a Men's Shirt to a Women's Shirt

I was walking through the thrift store and saw a men's shirt with the cutest polka dot print. I grabbed it so I could turn it into a women's shirt.

This is a great tutorial if the collar is stained and needs to be removed, or if the sleeves are to long or have a hole in them. It changes both the collar and the sleeves!
